Alexandru graduated the Law School of the Bucharest University in 2004. He completed the Business Law Course of the French-Romanian Institute of Business Law and International Cooperation Nicolae Titulescu – Henri Capitant (which is a partnership between the Law School of Bucharest and University I – Pantheon Sorbonne).

Alexandru is a senior member of the Bucharest Bar Association and member of the National Romanian Bars Association.

His area of expertise includes commercial and corporate law, real estate law, civil law, banking law, mergers and acquisitions, tax and dispute resolution.

Alexandru is also a regular contributor to several reviews and legal publications, both in Romania and abroad, covering insolvency and corporate restructuring, tax, securitization and arbitration law.

Alexandru is fluent in Romanian and English and conversant in French.
