Florin graduated the Law School of Transilvania University from Brasov in 2006. Between 2006 and 2007, he attended and completed the Human Resources and Leadership Courses held at Walt Disney World in Florida, USA.

Florin is a junior member of the Bucharest Bar Association and a member of the National Romanian Bars Association. Florin provides legal assistance in matters related to corporate law and commercial contracts.

He is a member of the Corporate and Commercial Departments of the firm.

Florin is fluent in Romanian and English, and conversant in French.
