Magda graduated the Law School of Bucharest University in 2004 and the Faculty of Management of Academy of Economic Studies in 2003.

Magda is a junior member of the Bucharest Bar Association and a member of the National Romanian Bars Association.

Magda provides legal assistance in matters related to commercial contracts, corporate law, real estate law and banking law.

Magda is fluent in Romanian, English, and Spanish and conversant in French.
