We are pleased to announce that the associated senior lawyers Ana-Maria Goga, Delia Vasiliu, Andrei Dumitrache and Alexandru Lefter have been appointed partners within our Bucharest-based office. Their appointment is part of our team’s strategy of expanding and improving the area of expertise in the firm’s departments.

At present, our law firm has five partners and 19 associated and collaborating lawyers, operating offices in Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca.

Ana-Maria Goga, who shall take over the direction of the Real Estate Department, has expertise in the real estate market and in providing legal assistance for the development of supermarket networks, as well as the development of several real estate projects, office facilities included, assisting several investors in the field.

Delia Vasiliu has expertise in the area devoted to energy investors and shall take over the firm’s Energy, Environment and PPP Department, considering the knowledge gathered in such field by coordinating and developing projects included in such areas of activity. 

Andrei Dumitrache has extensive expertise in tax, financing and banking, and shall head the firm’s Tax and Financing&Securities Departments. Andrei Dumitrache assisted many clients on issues related to taxation and transactions structuring from a tax perspective. Furthermore, his area of expertise covers also aspects regarding profit/income tax, EU directives on taxation, as well as enforcement of conventions for the avoidance of double taxation, concluded in various jurisdictions.

Alexandru Lefter shall head the Corporate, Mergers&Acquisitions and Labour Departments, with an extensive expertise in areas including mergers and acquisitions in which he assisted foreign investors dealing in various areas of activity, as well as in Greenfield investments, company take-overs and restructurings and transfers of goodwill funds.
