Our firm may be of assistance worldwide based on our long term collaboration with some of the leading multinational law firms, including a Magic Circle firm, and many other medium – sized domestic law firms located in business centres around the world.

We are the only Romanian law firm member of Primerus International Society of Law Firms, an US based international alliance of the world’s top-rated independent law firms, comprising 170 member law firms with over 2.000 lawyers in approximately 120 cities around the world. Primerus is based on the principle “good people who happen to be good lawyers”, a statement that we completely identify with.

We are also members of The Associated European Energy Consultants e.V. – AEEC Europe, an association comprising law firms throughout Europe, with offices in the member states of the European Union as well as across the whole of Europe. AEEC is a network of highly specialized firms, which enables joint participation in multi-national projects.

Moreover, we are part of three chambers of commerce:

• American Chamber of Commerce in Romania (AmCham Romania), a non-profit and non-political organization that promotes the commercial and economic interests of U.S., international and local business community in Romania.
• German – Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK), one of the major bilateral trade organisation in Romania and a service provider for the development of economic relations between the two countries.
• Hungarian – Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, an association whose general objective is to develop the economic and commercial relationships between Hungary and Romania, and to support the economic interests of its members.
