Remus graduated the Law School of the “Nicolae Titulescu” University, Bucharest in 2001, and a programme of International Faculty of Comparative Law, Strasbourg, France in 2002. Remus also holds an LL.M degree in Law & Economics from University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada (2006).

He is a senior member of the Bucharest Bar Association and a member of the National Romanian Bars Association.

Remus provides legal assistance in commercial and corporate law, tax law and civil law. His expertise includes cross border transactions and major corporate restructurings. Other areas of practice are insurance law and labor law. Remus is a contributor to various law reviews form Europe and North America.

Currently, Remus is a doctorate student with McGill University, Montréal, Canada. His main research interests are Corporate Law, Corporate Finance, Law & Economics and Civil Law.

Remus is fluent in Romanian and English and conversant in French.
