Cosmina is a Junior Associate with Pachiu & Associates and a member of the Corporate/M&A Department focusing on Corporate law and on IT & Data protection matters. Apart from the day-to-day advice provided to clients in their corporate matters, Cosmina also advises on data protection regulatory compliance matters, the implementation of privacy policies, information security and international data flows. She also deals with several labor law matters such as staff restructuring, collective and individual labor agreements.

Cosmina is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law with the same. She is proficient in English and conversant in German.
